Lighthouse Route

Sea-faring folklore and fresh salt air surround travellers along this trail that skirts the rugged southern shore of Nova Scotia. Routes 3 and 103 take visitors from Yarmouth on the province’s southern tip to Halifax-Dartmouth. Fishing villages, beaches, parks, and, of course, lighthouses are as present as the ancient tales of pirates and daring sea rescues.
