Grey - Bruce

Sparkling blue waters of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay splash on the sandy beaches and rocky shorelines of Grey and Bruce counties offering breathtaking sunsets.  The Niagara Escarpment rises up from the rolling farmlands offering a backdrop for picturesque countryside, inland lakes, and colourful towns and hamlets.  Hike the Bruce Tail along the limestone cliffs with glimpses of birds and wildlife, ferns, orchids and ancient dwarf cedar trees.  For the adventurous spirit, there’s scuba diving or snorkeling around 19th century shipwrecks near Tobermory.  Others may choose a glass-bottom boat tour or Zodiac ride to Flowerpot Island.  Fish in the Saugeen River or paddle the Maitland River in canoe or kayak – or visit unique local artisans and crafters!
