James Bay Frontier

James Bay Frontier is the largest travel region in Ontario, covering 390,000 square kilometers.  The areas boundaries extend from the claybelt region near New Liskard north to the lowland shores of the Hudson Bay.  Quebec borders the area on the east, while Hearst sees to the western front.  This area is the perfect place to get back to basics with tranquil nights and clean northern air.  The unspoiled wilderness is ready to be enjoyed, whether you are hiking through the Boreal Forest or watching the polar bears and beluga whales play in James Bay.
